Hi there! My name is Raul, a photo retoucher with over 13 years of experience in the industry.
As a retoucher, I have a unique perspective and approach to my work, bringing fresh ideas and a flexible mindset to every project. I am highly skilled in a range of retouching techniques, including color grading, skin retouching, and compositing, and I’m able to bring even the most challenging images to life.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including photographers, agencies, and publications, and have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
In addition to my retouching skills, I am also highly proficient in studio and video lighting, video editing, color theory and design principles. I am able to provide expert guidance and support to my clients, ensuring that their vision is realized to the highest standard.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through cycling and attending live music shows. I also have a love for photography and frequently practice my craft outside of work.
Currently I am working full time as head retoucher for Rockstone NYC, a small luxury product photography studio in Midtown New York.
